"You cannot poop when you are dead- that's impossible."
David (age 7)
This was followed up by:
"Well, if you were in the middle of pooping when you died, you might actually poop when you are dead."
Jonathan (age 9)
"Oh ya, 'It just slipped out.'"

Bad to the Bone
Thomas got a mohawk on Tuesday. He says it is his "Bad-to-the-bone" haircut.
Today after school I asked him if anyone said anything about his hair or if they were all used to it by now. He said, there were still some people that hadn't seen him.
Then he said, "Well, there was this one girl that said a bad word when she saw my hair."
I said, "What did she say? It's okay, you can say it right now."
Meekly, Thomas said, "Holy Moly."
Five is such a fun age.
