Elsie had her 2 week doctor visit today. She is doing great! When she was born on November 17th she was 7 lbs 14 oz. When we took her in for her bilirubin test for Jaundice the Wednesday before Thanksgiving she had lost down to 7 lbs 5 oz. Now, she is 8 lbs 1/2 ounces. I couldn't be more thrilled. She was awake and very alert at her appointment. Here are a couple of pictures I snapped before we left the doctor's office.

WOW, Seth and Jane A! It really is amazing how your family has re-planted grown! We are so looking forward to getting on the road soon to see you all. I wanted to be there by now, but I'm still waiting on Bro' (HA... HA!) What nickname(s) have you all decided on for your new Baby Girl? I have to admit that I automatically said "Lizzy". Is that too homely? I also must tell you all about the conversation I just had with Blake re: Big Brothers. Of course he has his challenges with Brianna, but he was grateful to realize that he has no other Brothers with whom to compete. Just to share a family moment... There're G-R-E-A-T!!!
